Our job is not complete until we've swept up or picked up the surrounding area, made sure there's no loose debris left along our travel path and left the area looking as best we can.
Once we're done we'll ask you to come take a look and verify we didn't miss anything (or took something we shouldn't have) before we take any sort of payment.
You can't be on site?
No problem! Once we're done we'll send over "after" pictures from different angles for you to verify everything is satisfactory. We'll also ensure any gates opened will be shut before we leave.
We understand you have more going on in life than worrying about when the "junk guy" is going to show up. We will send you a text letting you know when we're on our way. If, for some reason, we're unable to make it within the time window we provided you, we will immediately contact you to let you know and give you an adjusted time of arrival.

Then enter your contact information as well as your address along with a brief description of what you're looking to get rid. If you're able to submit a picture it helps us come better prepared. Before we arrive, we'll send a message informing you we're on our way. After we arrive on site we'll survey the job and give you an estimate based on what we can see. Once you approve the estimate we'll begin loading everything up and you can sit back and relax. If anything unexpected comes up that could affect the provided price, we'll let you know immediately and get you're confirmation before continuing. After everything is loaded up we'll be sure to sweep/rake up the area and survey for any remaining debris.
We accept; DEBIT/CREDIT, CASH OR CHECK!
We won't ask for payment until after you've looked at the area and verified mission accomplished. If you're completely satisfied with the junk removal service, we can take the payment there with our card reader. We also take cash or a check.
If you're unable to be on site at the time of completion, we are able to take payment over the phone or online.

We charge per volume, so basically how much of our trailer it fills. We have a minimum of $110 which typically covers a single item (small love seat, BBQ grill, full mattress etc.) from their it will vary. We will be able to best provide an estimate on site once we can see everything in person.
Certain things may have an added charge (tires, construction debris, flights of stairs involved, demo required, etc.)
*We are unable to transport "household hazardous waste", which would be paints, stains, oil, batteries, etc.
